The holiday apartment 'Il Melo' is located in Trasquera and impresses guests with its view of the mountains. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV, a washing machine for a fee as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and a barbecue.There are many nature walk trails nearby. Veglia Devero Natural Park is a 15-minute drive, and the capital Domodossola is a 30-minute drive.Free parking is available on the street.Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed.Due to the property's small size, only small or medium size pets are allowed.Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available.Cheap wood for stoves and/or barbecues is available for a fee. Pilates classes with a certified instructor are also available for a fee. Attic room in a detached house composed of kitchen equipped with oven and gas stove, refrigerator and wood stove (wood to be paid for separately), living room with TV and sofa. Bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom We are located on the main road of our small village of Trasquera at 1100 meters on the Lepontine Alps on the border with German-speaking Switzerland. From here you can start many excursions of any level to the Natural Park Veglia Devero, to the alpine hut Alpe Solcio, Simplon Pass (Switzerland), Monte Teggiolo and many others.At 15 minutes by car there is the ski resort of San Domenico di Varzo open all year round, both for winter sports and in summer for hiking or biking (they do downhill, there are many tracks). Two balconies overlooking the Swiss Alps are available to guests (one accessible from the living room and one from the master bedroom) to relax and admire the breathtaking view, in the garden there are chairs, table and barbecue with soapstone. A few steps away there are 1 bar with restaurant and a small grocery store always open with fresh bread and typical products.We offer customers fresh eggs and seasonal vegetables (grown in the garden below).Free parking is available on the street and on the property.
