Bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom We are located on the main road of our small village of Trasquera at 1100 meters on the Lepontine Alps on the border with German-speaking Switzerland. From here you can start many excursions of any level to the Natural Park Veglia Devero, to the alpine hut Alpe Solcio, Simplon Pass (Switzerland), Monte Teggiolo and many others.At 15 minutes by car there is the ski resort of San Domenico di Varzo open all year round, both for winter sports and in summer for hiking or biking (they do downhill, there are many tracks). Two balconies overlooking the Swiss Alps are available to guests (one accessible from the living room and one from the master bedroom) to relax and admire the breathtaking view, in the garden there are chairs, table and barbecue with soapstone. A few steps away there are 1 bar with restaurant and a small grocery store always open with fresh bread and typical products.We offer customers fresh eggs and seasonal vegetables (grown in the garden below).Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Additional cleaning is available for a fee.An electric vehicle charging station is available. Ski storage is available. An E-bike is provided.
